I go to the drive-thru and I would say that there are branches that provide better service than others. Overall I go to the one on king east often and the staff is friendly and courteous. Their coffee is generally at the right temperature since it is made every 20 minutes.

After reading some of the reviews, I wasn't sure that I wanted to stop here. However, the service was great, the food was great, and the location was clean. A perfect visit to Tim's. My first time here, but will definitely come back again.
