I ordered a cold drink cup and it was a hot drink cup that was delivered to me. I contacted the location and spoke with the manager who told me the item was out of stock and she had her employee call me to see if I wanted a replacement item. This employee never called me and simply took it upon himself to replace the item. The manager continues to say that this employee made a mistake, even though he had a very easy task. This manager thinks customers are idiots and that we don't know how to recognize lies. She asked me to contact the Tim Hortons app for a refund, which I did. They offered to give me 800 points in lieu of a refund. I responded to Tim Hortons customer support that I don't want points since I didn't order this item. I contacted the establishment again and spoke again with the manager who was very rude and insisted that it was a mistake and tried to appear like a victim by saying that working in catering is difficult. I have already worked in restaurants and specifically in Tim's and Dunkin's. When we make a mistake we take responsibility and we apologize. We're not trying to justify ourselves. The manager refused to contact the Tim app to explain the situation to them. In a condescending tone she asked me to go to the establishment to have the 2.99 refunded out of her pocket. I do not need to be treated this way especially since your establishment failed to contact me to inform me that the item ordered was out of stock.

I've been to this Tim Hortons several times, but this time is definitely the last. Honestly, I'm fed up! The service at this Tim's is infuriating (and yet, I'm on the road a lot and I frequent a lot of Tim Hortons, so I can compare). Every time I order a simple coffee, I'm asked if I want an extra shot of espresso, or when I order a bagel, I'm asked if I want bacon with it. Seriously ? As if I couldn't order anything without someone trying to push me to add something! This is an aggressive, intrusive and extremely unpleasant sales tactic.

I even asked them to stop harassing me with these offers, and they told me: “We will never stop. » This is simply a lack of respect for customers. It seems like they don't care what people want!

I'm ordering the car this am. I am told on the intercom "yeah" with a tone of voice that I am disgusted! I was served very quickly, but the bagel was not cooked, almost not hot...not edible!!. More and more impressed by the service of many of our young people!!!

I ordered my Worker's Wrap at the drive-thru, the wait was quite long but that is understandable given the number of cars in front, that's not the problem. Once paid I receive my Wrap from the workers crushing everything in the packaging the sauce on the wrap with a nice sprout imprint in the middle which to crush the wrap a second time. Once we returned, the girl was almost laughing in our faces. To avoid. Still happy there is no hole in my cappuccino.
