I waited for 20 minutes before I could get to the intercom to place my order, only to wait another 20 minutes at the order station without having any interaction with the staff. After this long wait, an employee finally spoke to me and said: “We are sorry, we will not be able to serve you, Madam. » She simply repeated this sentence several times, without providing me with the slightest explanation as to their inability to serve me. Subsequently, I was forced to buy my meal elsewhere. As I passed your establishment after having been served elsewhere, I noticed that other customers were being served at the drive-thru. Frankly, this experience was a waste of my time, and I am deeply disappointed that I did not receive a valid explanation for this situation. I would like steps to be taken to prevent other customers from having a similar experience in the future.

Every time I go to this place only the one at 3350 Galt West, always the food or the drink, the glass is not clean or the flavor and if you complain, they don't treat you kindly. The food in the sandwiches is not well placed, it's just that each type has different sides in the sandwiches, you have to open the sandwich yourself and arrange it on one side or the other to avoid anything falling out. I like Tim Hortons, and all the other Tim Hortons locations, but the team at this location doesn't do their job properly!

Moi et ma conjointe ont voulais aller manger le soir est il n y avais presque rien juste rap du travailleur pas de bol repas ni poulet plein d autre chose ont à décider d aller ailleurs mais ont a pris une boites de beigne pis la fille c est tromper dans se qu ont avais demander sa fait dure au restaurant qui manque de tout ont ira plus c est une perte de temps

Our 1st Tim Hortons experience. The donuts were tasty. The coffee was almost too sweet, but then I got used to it. The wrap was very delicious! The staff was pleasant. The girl who took our order also gathered all of food and items. They could definitely benefit from having the cashier just run the register and have a dedicated food runner.
