Poutines are so good 😊 they put a lot of sauce for you and the fries are so delicious ! Definitely recommend family meals. The service is great and quick!

July 25 2024. Went for breakfast at 9am. No muffins, no bagles, no hashbrowns, Not one piece of fruit on the plate. (As it shows in the advertisement on the menu, so false advertising) and no knowledgeable or friendly service from the one person working there who I don't think understood English very well. Had to ask for everything, nothing provided at the table like napkins, cream, sugar, jam, salt etc. Everything was at the counter but the napkin holder was empty and only a few sparce packets of sugar and jam. Had to search for a table that didn't have greasy marks. Should have taken a clue from there not being anyone else there. Ate there maybe 3 years ago and it was a lot better and the place was full of people. Will not go back.

Absolutely no food safety standards were followed. Both employees were not wearing hairnets or beard nets, employee handled the cash and went back to making food without washing his hands. The same employee would wipe his hands on his shirt, drink and go back to making food without washing his hands. Fries were undercooked and the portion with the club sandwich has greatly decreased with the container change. Impossible to get service in French.

Club sandwich it looked like a simple sandwich because there was nothing insideUsually it comes with fries I asked to convert to poutine so I paid for a poutine and a club fries which is very very expensive
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at the Valentine restaurant in Lennoxville. The service was deplorable and lacked professionalism on several levels:Language barrier: The staff did not speak French, which made communication difficult and frustrating. I had to repeat my order several times and explain my requests with gestures, which slowed down the process considerably.Gift card issue: I tried to use my gift card to pay my bill, but the employee didn't know how to use it. It took some time before another employee came to his aid, and even then the process was long and laborious.Due to these issues, my experience at Valentine Restaurant was extremely negative.

Did pick up by way of Uber Eats-very easy and convenient. Food stayed hot and fresh.Poutine was dry (under sauced) and the fries tasted freezer burned. Flavors were good other than them being freezer burned which was disappointing
