This is probably the best and most innovative restaurant in Quebec right now. Wine selection is superb as well.

A fantastic meal and a wonderful experience. The food was exquisite, creative, and delicious. All of the staff members were kind and did a great job of guiding us through the menu and the wine list. We enjoyed every moment and every morsel. Highly recommended!
Nourriture extraordinaire et service extraordinaire…. Que demander de plus? Ah oui à pris raisonnable. Rien à envier aux restos de Montréal.
The Michelin Recommendation is extremely well deserved. You will not be disappointed. For two people, I suggest around 5 dishes and it you want to cut down on costs, split the wine glasses in two but don't miss out on the wine because they're very special and you cannot find them at the SAQ.

Over hype. Good enough but not that spectaculaire.
Not worth the cash. Small portions.
Over rated and over priced for the serving size. We left the restaurant still feeling hungry ( I have a small stomach) the sauces they make are great but the plates are not that extraordinary. Could have tweaked a little the plating.
Tastes good but nothing extraordinary. It costed us 90$ per person and we were still hungry at the end. For food that looks fancy but is really just alright.

Firstly, I would like to say that I discovered an exceptional wine that I have photographed for you. I wish I could have tasted more of the wine as they looked very good. On the other hand, I didn't like the second wine that I tasted very much (I don't remember its name but it was a red wine with a very pale color). We had the opportunity to taste some wines before purchasing and they were very good, I loved this option. Unfortunately I must note that in terms of food, I was disappointed. The portions are very small, this isn't necessarily a problem, but for the price I found the quality wasn't there either. The plate I liked the most was the fresh pasta, but I was the only one at the table who thought that. Aside from that, the service was impeccable, our waitress was very knowledgeable about her products and wines and I would recommend this place for anyone who would like to discover new wines. They have a wide variety of private imports from Northern Europe, several wines I had never heard of but sounded delicious! Also, I loved the fact that we could buy the bottles to take away and that they were much cheaper than in the restaurant section.
Vegetarian options: Several options.
Dietary restrictions: I was with a friend who is allergic to soy and nuts, and we were still able to find meals he could eat.

The food was sublime, we shared 4 plates and each one was as magnificent as it was delicious. The service was warm and familiar, we wanted for nothing. On the other hand, I was crammed on top of my neighbor at the back, the benches were so crowded that I had difficulty breathing because I was caught between my neighbor at the back and the table (my neighbor had no more space than me) I am not a round person either. People were sitting on folding chairs which leads me to believe that tables were added due to their popularity but comfort took a bit of a backseat. In short, I'm sure that when it's not busy, this restaurant is a 5/5.

We LOVED this spot. While staying nearby in our first trip to the eastern townships of Canada, we read the reviews for Vin Polisson and were not disappointed. The food was great, for both me - a vegetarian - and my husband who is not a vegetarian. We enjoyed meeting the chef Isabelle who is delightful. The owner Charlie could not have been nicer, helping us pick the best wine choices. We also bought a bottle to take to our hotel because they have the most interesting selection. We loved the atmosphere, people sitting near us were also friendly, and the service was great. All in all a wonderful experience and we cannot wait to come back to this part of Canada again. It will definitely include a visit to Vin Polisson!
