The food was sublime, we shared 4 plates and each one was as magnificent as it was delicious. The service was warm and familiar, we wanted for nothing. On the other hand, I was crammed on top of my neighbor at the back, the benches were so crowded that I had difficulty breathing because I was caught between my neighbor at the back and the table (my neighbor had no more space than me) I am not a round person either. People were sitting on folding chairs which leads me to believe...
We LOVED this spot. While staying nearby in our first trip to the eastern townships of Canada, we read the reviews for Vin Polisson and were not disappointed. The food was great, for both me - a vegetarian - and my husband who is not a vegetarian. We enjoyed meeting the chef Isabelle who is delightful. The owner Charlie could not have been nicer, helping us pick the best wine choices. We also bought a bottle to take to our hotel because they have the most interesting selection....
