I get lost and very hungry. I looked where I could eat at midnight.... I dropped half an hour here.... I saw the staff already cleaned and looked close. I stayed at the drive thru and ordered. I received nice words to welcome and took my order. At that time it made me very happy. Thank you to you guys for working on that shift. You do a great job.

We went to the drive-thru and we had to wait 5 minutes before she took our order, she did not greet us or tell us to wait we had to say excuse me? While she was taking our order she started talking with another employee without even saying excuse me or hold on! She was very rude and we had to wait 15 minutes and when it was brought to us it was incomplete. The food did not taste good, there was so much liquid leaking out from the burger it made the bun soggy and the onion rings had no seasoning. Obviously there is a huge lack of management, go anywhere else but here.

We went to the restaurant in Sorel yesterday a little after 9 p.m. We were hesitant to go in because all the chairs were upside down on the tables.
My cream-frosted root beer was served to me in a plastic glass instead of a glass buck given the late hour, I was told. The rest of our order was served to us in a paper bag instead of a tray also because of our “middle of the night” visit.
If I understand correctly, A&W has taken a green turn but only during the day. They encourage us to recycle, to buy a reusable cup, but that’s where “their” effort ends.
Following this logic, I put my paper bag in the trash. It was almost 10 p.m. anyway.
Personally, I did not enjoy my experience yesterday.
Oh yes! When we left, the chairs were still upside down on the tables.
