Good price, great food and great Service. It's sure that it's not a 5* restaurant in the old port of Montreal, but when you go there with realistic expectations, you really get what you pay for. The deadlines can be long, but who can blame them for being popular ?.
This canteen has existed for more than 50 years and it has not changed, the food, the decor, the atmosphere, the prices... they have not changed much... only the staff has changed over time and it's still the Hurteau canteen...
Personally, I love this canteen. The food is very good for low prices. The service is fast. When I order over the phone, the order only takes 15 minutes to prepare. The atmosphere is unfortunately not the best, but it does the job if you don't eat there.I give it 4 stars for the atmosphere because not many people eat there anyway.To summarize: I advise you to go there!
