When I arrived to order, the order screens were out of order (all white) and no response on the intercom, I went to the window to order and explain the situation to them, she looked at me with a mean face. "What are you stupid here?" I explained to her 3 times that the screen wasn't working and people answered me, she continued to stare at me. I lost my patience and went to the Tim Horton's next door and as a result I missed the ferry and had to wait 1 hour for the next one. I've been working with customers for over 10 years and I found this really disrespectful on his part...

Today I asked for two medium coffees and the girl told me that she couldn't get a medium glass. I then mention to him to make me a medium coffee in a large glass and he tells me that he can't so he will charge me for the large coffees. I am still in shock that McDonald's cannot serve me and take care of the coffee costs despite the lack of glass which is a lack of the restaurant that I can understand that this can happen, but they could have accepted my solution of putting medium coffee in large glasses
