Excellent service done by Emilie, she was amazing. We had the Table d'Hôte for 2. Cesar salad was good (oil based vinaigrette, not our preference but still good) and the onion soup was excellent. Main course of grilled salmon was cooked to perfection and great sides. We also had the gnocchi, but that evening it was not to par (bland, missing lots of sausage, underwhelming). According to the waitress, we weren't the only ones not impressed with the plate. They offered a few dollars off ($6) of a $140 tab. That accompanied wine (red) was pretty good (Canto de Casa).

Everything was PERFECT and beyond our expectations - The welcome, the menu, the table d'hôte choices, the food and drinks and impeccable service from our waitress, Alicia, as well as the entire team! The atmosphere is great and the cleanliness and organization are excellent. Well done to Le Fougasse and we will absolutely return when we are back in your area again.

Fougasse is the place where you want to go out. The restaurant is very beautiful and the atmosphere is lively. It moves! The service is efficient with all the staff on site, they are all very dedicated to their tasks. Well done! The menu is interesting but the prices are exorbitant, in addition to the portions which are quite small, for example the starter of 2 tacos for $19 for two small, barely garnished tortillas, or 5 tiny bites of crab cake for the same price. I must point out that the cooking of the meats is excellent in addition to the presence of several local products. The bar service is great. I gave Fougasse several chances but their dishes are missing something that means I recommend the restaurant for the atmosphere rather than the food. Too bad for a restaurant anyway. The wine list is really impressive, wow, but the choice of wines by the glass is rather basic and classic in addition to being expensive.
Very nice atmosphere, impeccable service, excellent tomahawk menu but the risotto plate with 3 mushrooms and duck was a complete failure. But where is the duck and the mushrooms? gone together to the Sorel Islands?

We went to this restaurant by chance after having been to the spa for pure relaxation. Very nice place and our waitress was very nice. Everything was very good taco and oyster starter ?? main course flank steak and salmon tartare ?? I asked for a mocktail without too much acidity and it was perfect. THANKS
