Excellent service done by Emilie, she was amazing. We had the Table d'Hôte for 2. Cesar salad was good (oil based vinaigrette, not our preference but still good) and the onion soup was excellent. Main course of grilled salmon was cooked to perfection and great sides. We also had the gnocchi, but that evening it was not to par (bland, missing lots of sausage, underwhelming). Everything was PERFECT and beyond our expectations - The welcome, the menu, the table d'hôte choices, the food and drinks and impeccable service from our waitress, Alicia, as well as the entire team! The atmosphere is great and the cleanliness and organization are excellent.
Well done to Le Fougasse and we will absolutely return when we are back in your area again.
