EDIT:: since the order that arrived incomplete and the unhelpful (borderline horrible) service we received by a staff member when we called, we have ordered again. The food has been great and no more issues with our orders.

A real shame the little young person prefers to talk to her rather than to serve me and the other one who makes the bacon he ate at the same time cooking wow he's professional in this well bo but there's a limit it's sure if the boss would give it to him even would have and he would close the restaurant

I grew up in the west of Montreal where he had all the Lafleur restaurants, I have been a customer for over 40 years, Lasalle, St-Pierre, Dorval, St Constant, St Timothé, Ste Julie, I don't have them all done badly, for 3 years I have lived in Sorel...oh boy...the worst restaurants, a shame for Lafleur...I went there today for the last time...they are incapable of give me what I order...not once have I gotten what I ordered. Friday lunchtime the fries are white and not cooked TABARNAQUE...if you are not able to have ready and golden fries at rush hour on Friday lunchtime and it takes forever to have them served.. .puts the key in the door BAND OF INCOMPETENT OSTI.

Best restaurant if you like surprises. It's almost certain what you're going to eat, it's not what you ordered. Even if the clerk makes you repeat 3 times what you just told him, there is no chance that your order will be correct. In addition, the fries are not cooked.
