I ordered steak and pepperoni subs all to be well done And when i received my food the bread wasn't cooked it all fell apart. The extra meat that I paid for wasn't in the subs aswell and when calling back the cook was extremely rude they argued over sending me a new submarine when I told them I'd send the Original sub back . They send me a new submarine but when I went to eat it had hair inside. Never again will I order there

Horrible. The skewer is so burnt it’s not edible. My bread that I asked for and was charged extra was burned as hard as cardboard. The vegetables are not fresh, they are frozen. Really unfortunate.

2 glasses not clean with lipstick ok that can happen. The restaurant is far from being full an hour waiting for the meal.. surprise mistake on my order. The waitress who serves me is great, everything that happens is not her fault, however one of the colleagues pops up at my table three or four times to chat, she is not at all in her place. The food is good but the experience will not be repeated.

Worst place in LIFE, outdated pizza sauce and pepperonis, refusal to admit that something could have happened. Rather threaten to call the police, because complete refusal of reimbursement! It's not my type, but I 100% advise against this restaurant, sick all night and morning.

Milano delivery 2 chicken souvlakis and salad. All the vegetables are so soft and there is a moldy cucumber in my salad. I am asked to come to show the dish and to be reimbursed. What I do. I give my plate (1 stick of eaten, the chicken and rice were ok). The manager in the kitchen yells at her employee for refusing to come see me and she can only reimburse me $4. It cost me $32 and I barely ate anything.

Poor service I ordered a sub and it says on the menu topped with tomatoes, lettuce, melted cheese and vinaigrette. My meal arrives and it is filled with peppers, onions and mushrooms that I don't eat so I call back to understand the mistake because it is very well written that there is only tomato, lettuce, cheese and vinaigrette!? The cashier tells me that it's my fault because I should have told them that I don't eat it, I tell him that it should be written in the menu, I ask if they can send me another one and he says to me “are you ready to pay for it” I tell him no unfortunately it’s up to them to write it in the menu so I ask to speak to the boss and he tells me he doesn’t want to. I pay $20 and will therefore have to sort my food, it’s great! I called two to three times a week but unfortunately for them I would never order it again. Terrible service, disrespectful employees, very disappointed to be treated like this.
