the food in itself was very good, however the service was really bad. We went there for both breakfast and diner. For diner it was a bit long but nothing we couldn’t handle. As for the breakfast, I give all of my love to this one girl who seemed to take care of all the tables. She was super nice and sweet, however the guy who worked there was no help. We would ask for our order to be taken and he would say really rudely that we have to wait, only to see him barely doing anything. The girl was the only one taking care of our order. I understand the issue of not having enough staff but we waited 2h for our breakfast: 1 hour not being able to order and the other hour just waiting. Again, this is not against the waitress, she was amazing and really sweet but 2h for food is still very crazy. It became to a point where me and my partner became dizzy and very hungry. We paid for the breakfast to be included in our reservation, and we then had to wait 2h (which is also 1h after our check out time, so we probably will have to pay extra to leave later). We understand that some issues can happen, like the lack of staff, but this is just overly crazy. I don’t think we will come back for the breakfast. However, I truly give all my flowers to the waitress, she truly did her best and I can’t be mad at her. Also because of the long wait, we couldn’t even enjoy the spa. With our reservations , we had acces to the spa until 2pm but because of the long wait, it was impossible, it was very frustrating. With more organizations, this place could be nicer but its a shame to pay some services that cannot be used like it should be.

We were staying at the hotel also and was told this was a great place to eat. We were able to barely get a reservation in the near empty restaurant because we spoke only english and very few staff did. Others around and after us were waited on before us. We decided on splitting a meal because the prices were high. Ordering meat a specifi way does not work with them. You get wha they serve you. Bread had to be asked for. Also the salad did not come with any dressing and we had to ask when the brought the dry salad. We were told it came with a house dressing. Nice place if you can get a seat by the window though.

Restaurant was very nice! The service wasn't great. We are English speaking and wondered if that was the reason? Every table around us got great service. They were all French speaking! English menu was a piece of paper that looked pretty ratty. They did not bring bread to our table without us asking for it. Tables that arrived after us were served before us. They did not check in on us. Service wasn't great!

Nous nous sommes fait annulé notre réservation sans prévenir alors à notre arrivée on a du repartir… ce n’était pas mon premier séjour là-bas mais clairement mon dernier!

Le prix de la chambre au comptoir différent que sur le site. Erreur dans la date de réservation. 2 heures d’attente à la salle a manger et un petit déjeuner ou il est impossible d’avoir 2 oeufs au miroir .Rôties brûlées. Aucun respect pour la clientèle. Aucune excuse des employés ni aucune considération. A eviter absolument.

Very good restaurant for a Saturday evening dinner. The burger was delicious and the price was very reasonable at $23. Natalie, the waitress, was very nice and made sure that my dish did not contain dairy products despite the initial mistake. I highly recommend.

It's really nonsense. The servers wave us around. Condiments not on the right plates. Meat undercooked and cold. drooling waiter,Too bad I have to put a star because I wouldn't have put a single one... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Oui mais… Un peu déçue du forfait que nous avions, payé 473$. Chambre grand lit (pour moi un grand lit c’est un lit queen et non un lit double 🤔), vue côté fleuve (mais quand nous étions assis sur notre perron (pas un balcon) nous avions la vue sur la haie de cèdres). Déception! 2 x 25$ de rabais sur les massages mais aucune disponibilité. Nous devions téléphoner une semaine avant pour une réservation. Plateau gourmand d’inclus mais cette promo était soi disant expirée depuis un an mais pourtant bien inscrit sur la facture. Nous avons eu droit à 2 consommations gratuites comme compensation. Merci à Jessie du spa pour ses explications et vérifications! Petits déjeuners inclus A1 👌 J’y retournerais mais avec une formule différente.
