Arriving there at 9:40 p.m. the girl tells me that she can't heat my submarine because she closed the ovens. She said one of the ovens was overheating and she decided to close both ovens!!! The floor had just been washed and she had finished her fillings. I suspect she just wanted to leave at 10pm sharp. She made me the #1 submarine club. It was disgusting with the cold pre-cooked bacon, cold and not melted cheese. She really made me feel like I would bother her. Very disappointed with the service received.

Not more or less exceptional than your regular Subway stores. It lives up to Subways’ standards, which are generally appreciated and efficient.What gets special with this place though is it has more history than typical Subway stores as it was there way before they started mass-opening stores across the province (resulting in now four currently operating locations in the Sorel town).They used to deliver back when I was a kid, something only this memory of mine saw from any Subway’s.The firsts shall be the lasts, as they say, so respect for that.
Vegetarian options: You wanna go meatless? Just go ahead you get all that you need
Parking: Accessible and uncluttered
Kid-friendliness: Sure nobody’s going to look at you strange because you brought your kids in
Like many places where the pay is lower, the service is inconsistent from time to time. This time the first young man was out of place, but the cashier was very good with customers.We loved eating salads but your paper forks come limp after 4 bites, if the goal was to save plastic then why are they wrapped in plastic?For a simple fork-woke you will lose a lot of customers and we will simply go where there are plastic or metal utensils, it makes sense.Good luck !
