They are unable to make two pieces of toast with butter without burning them charcoal black , burnt inedible. 4 yrs I have tried at all three Tim Hortons in Sorel Tracy, st Joseph de Sorel, and Tracy. And you can't get a toast with butter not burnt to a crisp .

Waited 20 minutes inside for a Tim morning trio, which I never got!!!!!. I asked for a refund and I went to McDonald's that the service is very good and fast.

8:35 am this morning it seems to me that the employee is not rotating in the bagels the fresher bagels should be closer to the window than the older ones no and for once the counter area at sanwinche seems cleaner than usual

We are currently at this location, I am told that it is impossible to honor the discounts and give me the points or my free coffee linked to the Tim Horton program because one of the machines does not work and the clerk refuses to do it on the other machine. It appears the manager is not available. Perhaps a call for consumer protection will help them better serve their customer
