Drive-thru service often very long (outside peak hours). And when you order a bagel with cream cheese and it just tastes like mayo, you wonder if they only have one knife for the whole restaurant
Lots of different people here eat at the place, so be prepared for tables very close to other tables. Even people here do strange things on the place and such strange people.
Parking: There is are ample parking also then do it in the car park of other shops next door

We have a meal at Tim Hortons quite regularly during small or large trips to Quebec, we have visited several.This one is in our opinion the best, the service is fast, the staff is courteous and always welcoming. We also find that cleanliness is important. Congratulations to the whole team !
