I'm writing a review for the first time and unfortunately it's not positive. For some time now it has been taking between 45 and 50 minutes to order at the drive-up and we are between 4 and 6 cars. This evening, January 2, I placed my order at 5:26 p.m. there are 5 cars on order. We received our order at 7:01 p.m. 1h35 to have humbergers it is high time to change direction or just closed the restaurant.
PS: I got home with no napkin, no straw and 2 slippers missing. 👌👌

Shitty attitude at the window, an eternity before getting someone to take the order at the drive-thru. I doubt their service times are very good🤡

Restaurantji Recommends
Very very slow service. 20 min for coffee and a McMuffin. Just three customers in front of me. The employees take their time, chat, fool around, wander around. Not that there was a shortage of employees, just that they work very slowly... every move is slow. Even putting the meal in a bag to go is a long process!

Really very ordinary service..... We went to the drive-thru and came across an employee who was running like a chicken without a head, he didn't even take the time to listen carefully to what was being said to him... He saw that he just wanted to run and do something else elsewhere.... So in the end he didn't hear that I told him that the mcfleuri was missing and probably said thank you because he thought I was. told him good evening..... So we spent almost 10 minutes waiting, knocked on the window so that finally someone came to see us, a really nice and relaxed guy who took the time to answer us and let us know. our mcfleuri and apologize for his colleagues!!
So a 10/10 for this employee who took the time to serve us but a big -10 for the hen, no heads running everywhere.....
