Tim Hortons

Absolutely the worst service at a Tim Horton’s ever. They substitute sausage for bacon 10 mins after I order and then realize that they have no bacon ready and it takes another 15 mins. All I ordered was one wrap.

Worst Tim Horton i have ever visited. I order through app for pickup and they did had my full order and when i requested refund or replacement. They refuse both options. As per 30 August 2021, only store can refund for unavailable items but they refuse and i Lost my $10.48 in here. No refund and no replacement.

This store is a real tim hortons or something else don't know. Most of the time dine in is closed 1 hour before closing and half of the items they don't have at all. No point running store.

We made a stop at Tim's while traveling, and it was a nice experience. I got the Londonien (like an Earl Gray latte), which was really good, and a variety of donuts. The staff was so wonderfully kind, even though we didn't speak French. They were so welcoming and friendly. The store was clean and organized and there was plenty of parking as well as a drive-thru. Thanks for making us feel like welcome guests! We will return next time we visit Canada 🇨🇦 😀

This is being written on April 14, 2025. Is the restaurant still open? Everytime we have crossed the border to check it out, it has been closed.
..... And then you responded with a robo-reply. One-size-fits-all. That was NOT a response to my question..... why bother asking for reviews if they don't get personal attention?

The reason for 1 start is because this place is highly unreliable for their operating timings. I have been here a few times, and most of the time, I find it closed. In my opinion, it should be open full time as there is a truck stop next to it and most of the drivers come to Tim Hortons for coffee and breakfast.

Solid location. Chicken wrap is very nice and the employees were patient with us.

I made a mobile order because I was in a hurry and I do that all over the country to arrive and have it ready but I arrive inside and the waitress leaves me stupid and I tell her I have a mobile order... she answers me: you have to warn us that you have a mobile order... it's wrong, do your job as you should and everyone will be happy, vrm very disappointed and when leaving she says thank you have a good day, I answer her thank you and I leave then she screams back: you too!!! I closed myself because I would have sung nonsense to him so I put a bad evaluation here instead!

Tim st Bernard of Lacolle. I didn't go there anymore because I was ALWAYS disappointed. I only said this morning that I was going to give them a second chance because everyone deserves a second chance.. so I take my order and there is another mistake!!! We were only 3 vehicles at the drive, in short I tell myself that this is not the end of the world, after all we are not all human. However, I asked for a little Tim glaze as usual with my caramel spray!!! My cup was all dirty and no caramel spray! A box of 20 timbits mix as well as a crispy chicken rap!!! Arriving at the checkout I didn’t have my rap!!!! Also when I asked how much NICOLE had, she answered me completely stupid. ''keep asking and I double the price with a not very happy look'' her customer service seriously leaves something to be desired!!! I didn't go there anymore because I'm tired of his stupid replies because it's far from the first time!!! So in addition to the errors in my orders, I have service that leaves something to be desired!
