I came here there they had bread. I saw it but they didn’t want to serve sandwiches for the night. But at least the music was good. First Tim Hortons that plays real music

17-dec -2025 evening. change your shity employees, advice them to serve the customers first ,a little boy spending time with a broom instead of taking the order...... 2 customer left the shop because of the long wait.

Worst Tim Hortons ever ever visited. They literally throw your food and instead of apology for giving wrong order they show attitude and treated me disrespectful and please dont want that reply that we are sorry and contact our guest care team.

The closest Timmys in Quebec to the NY state line. The staff was great. Nice mix of locals and travelers, mostly driving small trucks. One car had more big dogs patiently waiting than I have ever seen.

Absolutely terrible experience! I placed an online order through the Tim Hortons app, paid in full, and when I got to the store, they told me the items weren’t available. Seriously? Then they refused to give me any food and said I have to contact Tim Hortons myself for a refund. So basically, they took my money and gave me nothing! No refund, no help, just excuses.

What makes it worse is that this isn’t the first time — the exact same thing happened to me before at this location. Clearly, they never fix their mistakes. I’m done with this place. Will never go back again!

Absolutely the worst service at a Tim Horton’s ever. They substitute sausage for bacon 10 mins after I order and then realize that they have no bacon ready and it takes another 15 mins. All I ordered was one wrap.

Worst Tim Horton i have ever visited. I order through app for pickup and they did had my full order and when i requested refund or replacement. They refuse both options. As per 30 August 2021, only store can refund for unavailable items but they refuse and i Lost my $10.48 in here. No refund and no replacement.
