Thai Express Restaurant Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

I had a very disappointing experience at Thai Express in Promenades St-Bruno.
They served my hot food in a plastic container, even though I noticed that customers before and after me received proper dishes. When I asked to change it, they refused. I then requested a plate, but the cashier threw two dirty plates on the table with unwashed hands.
This is unacceptable in terms of hygiene, food safety, and customer service. I will not return and do not recommend this location.

Very disappointing service. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. He acted annoyed and bothered when we politely asked for glasses of water, which is basic courtesy in any restaurant. His attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable. Would not recommend based on the service alone.

By far the worst Thai express experience I have had.. I got the general Thai pineapple, and the food was tasteless. it didn’t even taste like the right dish.. the sauce, the rice, the chicken, everything tastes off. Very dissapointed..

Ordinary! No vegetables and the food is so hot that it sticks to the paper plate. So not appetizing.

Steamed peanut dumpling that tastes absolutely no peanuts... really disgusting... impression that it's soy sauce and not peanuts... disgusting... one bite and the rest in the trash.

The service is rather welcoming, there is nothing to say about that. On the other hand, although the cuisine is not bad, it is by far not Thai cuisine. It's actually Chinese food. The green curry has nothing Thai in it, it's a Chinese stir fry, but not bad!
The prices are absolutely correct.

False advertisement. They said after we paid, for students only. No mention of student only on the advertisement.

They were all really nice and reminded me of my family friends, maybe it's because I'm asian that it's all familiar to me but I felt very comfortable ordering! This was my first time ordering, I got pad see ew and it was just my taste! I usually go to restaurants like kam fung, and this one beat the restaurant's in terms of flavor (in my opinion), there is more oil than usual though.

UPDATE!!!!!!I WAS SICK ALL NIGHT.....I had the same problem as the previous person, she takes my card, I tell her there is a 50% off item, she tells me Yes, I'll take it off and end up charging me for it! So I told him and said I'll pay you back in cash, seriously it's theft! And believe me I'm not going to stop there, I've spoken with quite a few people who have had the same procedure so it's an organized theft....And what's more the food... how can I say not really good the shrimp was better and not cooked enough... and general thao let's not even talk about it... you should be ashamed for the theft of your customers and the food not edible....$30 thrown in the trash!

I've never seen a berf pad see ew with so much oil in my life. I'll be calling it Oil Express now

I went around all the restaurants not knowing what to have for dinner, the lady at the cash register called out to me and showed me a 50% poster, showing me a few plates, I let myself be tempted, why not!When it's time to pay, she takes my card from my hands, showing that the wire on her terminal is not long enough and without showing me the amount on it! She then places a napkin on top of the bill to hide everything and gives me back my tray so that I can go and wait for my beef pad sew… I found it fishy!Once seated, I realized that she had completely fooled me for a $16 plate (no 50% applied) which included 98% pasta bathed in oil!Nice scam! Do not get fooled! Next time I'll line up at the red chicken next door!
