I would like to express my disappointment with the delivery service I received. Karim was the delivery man for my order. I had paid the bill online, but the delivery guy asked my sister if the bill was paid. When she told him yes, he grudgingly gave her the pizza and threw the bill on the floor. I am a regular customer of Dominos and this is the first time this has happened. I am very disappointed with this delivery service

I placed an order using Uber Eats (Domino's takes care of the delivery so it was a Domino's staff), and once the delivery driver came to my house to give me my order, he demanded a tip before even giving me my order. I understand tips are nice to receive when you earn them. However, this guy upright demanded money for a service he poorly provided. Honestly, if you want to get some pizza, just drive to the Pizza Hut that's around the corner(about 2-3 minutes). It's not just cheaper with the coupons they have online, but the flavour is better and the staff is nicer. I do actually like tipping people like the ones working at that Pizza Hut.
