The submarine special is really good, they make the subs the way they are suppose to!! I did take out, not directed at this Jacques Cartier, but I'm sick of seeing ( tips) when someone hands you your order.. it like going to the gas station and tipping the girl at the cash for making you pay.. tips are earned and not a hand out.. even traffic light windows washers do more than most places asking for a tip.. it's getting ridiculous. Pay your employees accordingly and don't use the fact that they beg for change as a part of their salary

I used to eat Jacques Cartier pizza when there was only one restaurant. This is not it. Not enough sauce, the rest is ok, but not worth the price. Too bad.

Place to avoid: we ordered a pizza all dressed but there were only cheese. Plain, no sauce, just few pieces of mushroom and pepper. Not worth the price.

Fries not cooked even after several calls to tell them and when asked to replace even if I am 2 minutes away by car takes more than 45 minutes to replace a fry. I went to the restaurant to get a refund and after asking the cashier to refund me. He told me to order from them again. Wow, beautiful restaurant. He is wrong and does not take responsibility for their mistake. Moreover, the receptionist called incorrectly 6 times in line to tell me that I was not allowed to call there because I told them for the first time to give me another fries. I had to tell him to stop calling otherwise I will carry please. I do not recommend not this restaurant. I would like to respond to the jacque catier pizza comment I will bring your meal back in full. Thank you
