Honestly service was impeccable and fast for a take out order and I really loved the service from the lady in the front at around this time. Because of the fast service and even more reliable crew I got to my bus in time blessing in disguise thank you Bennys Grande allé.

Ordered a club sandwich.
Should have ordered a chicken sandwich, would have been cheaper as there was 1 peice of bacon and 2 tomatoe slices and half a leaf of lettuce.

Amazing, I have no words. Gravy is like liquid gold. Chicken is so delicious. Workers are humorous and kind. We come here when we crave good chicken and crave good laughs. 🤗🍗🐔

Out of 4 main courses, 2 with mistake, wrong kind of poutine, and meal 4 strips of chicken replace with breast. Check your dishes before leaving!!!

I have been picking up the "Special Tuesday Chef's Choice" for over 20 years & have always been pretty happy with getting at least 1 breast out of 2 or 3 meals. A few weeks ago I picked up 3 Chef's Choice meals & was very disappointed, as I received 3 legs with hardly any meat on all 3 & the fries were cold and very small compared to usual. I asked specifically for the 3 cole slaws to be replaced with extra sauce & received no cole slaw & no extra sauce on all 3 meals. I was very upset & embarrassed, as I was treating my my invitees. All 3 of us (my son, my grandson & myself), did not enjoy the meal at at all! 🤬🤢😡 Don't know if I will go again.

We really enjoy the food, and order online a lot however after our experience tonight, will look at ordering elsewhere. We ordered at 5:30, estimated time to us was between 6:20-6:45pm which is already pretty slow. Currently 6:50 and no food. I called, no apology but was told our order would be on the way soon.

I ordered 2 leg portions as a meal and 1 large poutine for $58.25 and we didn't think to look in the boxes, we were missing the poutine and we didn't have to call to tell us in the end that we had to wait 15 minutes for him to come back and it took 25 minutes for the woman on the phone to give an attitude and not even an apology or at least a discount or refund.

The positive side of my order today is that fortunately the sauce and poutine as well as the chicken are still very good.

The negative sides, firstly concerning the bread. I understand that you are busy, I understand that it is the holiday season, I also understand that you may be experiencing a shortage of employees. But the freshness of the bread must be up to par for the customer.

Second negative point, the delivery man seemed really stupid, in addition to not wishing Happy Holidays. Had I known before, I wouldn't have tipped him $7.

In addition, my mother informed me that twice at this Benny, when giving the tip, she was told that it is not much.

Excuse me but you deliver to an HLM, even if they are people who don't have a lot of means, she still gives you $2 and what's more it's an HLM for elderly people. I know it's not much, but she rarely spoils and the $2 she gives you is the $2 for her wash. They are still human beings. You are a delivery person, but you make more money than this type of clientele. If you don't have a heart, change jobs. At least she gives you the same and you have the car provided. If you want to make even more money, change jobs.

Benny, I believe that the values ​​of your delivery people and cooks do not match the customer service that you want to share with your customers.
