Was super excited for the return of the lavender matcha but was deeply disappointed by the appearance of the drink, after spending $16 on 2 drinks and asking the barista why the cold foam is sinking to the bottom and not appearing like advertised. They proceeded to tell me, that is how it is supposed to be and that the way it's advertised is not how it is made (Supposed to be purple then green but is all green). One employee was willing to make another drink to prove me wrong while the other employee just kept saying the results won't change, making me feel like I was an inconvenience.

Unbelievable. A real ALL TIME LOW never experienced before. Go in for a coffee on a Sunday morning , just a regular strong coffee 2 creams. Server prepares my coffee puts lid on then walks away to attend to drive through. So im just staring at my morning cup of coffee from the other side of counter 🙏🙏🙏. finally thankfully some other server walks in to take my order. Yes please , kindly pass me my coffee if its not to much to ask I want my tip money back Kiara …just unreal

Today, I ordered a mocha (the largest size), from the drive-thru order. Arrived at the counter to pay: the lady asks me to take the device because there is a message (request for tip), knowing that I must have been there because the lady was not going to hold out her arm. Same for my mocha coffee, I had to stretch to take it. A mocha for almost $7, which had no coffee taste even when mixed. I told myself that the coffee might be in the fund but nothing. No coffee. My mocha didn't taste like hot chocolate either. Otherwise I wouldn't have said anything.
Also, you might want to check your wrapped banana breads because I had one coming from your storage under the glass counter that treats dry.
