Today, I ordered a mocha (the largest size), from the drive-thru order. Arrived at the counter to pay: the lady asks me to take the device because there is a message (request for tip), knowing that I must have been there because the lady was not going to hold out her arm. Same for my mocha coffee, I had to stretch to take it. A mocha for almost $7, which had no coffee taste even when mixed. I told myself that the coffee might be in the fund but nothing. No coffee. My mocha didn't taste like hot chocolate either. Otherwise I wouldn't have said anything.
Also, you might want to check your wrapped banana breads because I had one coming from your storage under the glass counter that treats dry.

I always go to this Starbucks to work and it is great. The staff and service is very fast, it's delicious and the installations are great. There's a couple of sofas and a bunch of table.
J'ai très bien été servi et l'employé qui s'est occupé de moi était très cool et efficace. Toilette assez propre, mais le plancher y était un peu graisseux.

Le nouveau menu vous offre un matcha glacé et la fille au service au volant n’a pas voulu me le servirchaud alors que dans tous les autres Starbucks ils le font ! Aucuns clients avant nous qui attendaient en file où j’aurais pu dire qu’ils sont trop débordés… non la fille a juste pas voulu nous servir un matcha chaud. Et après on vous demande un tip à ne pas oublier svp. Faudrait peut être embaucher les bonnes personnes avec un bon service à la clientèle .
