Aucuns clients avant nous qui attendaient en file où j’aurais pu dire qu’ils sont trop débordés… non la fille a juste pas voulu nous servir un matcha chaud. Et après on vous demande un tip à ne pas oublier svp. Faudrait peut être embaucher les bonnes personnes avec un bon service à la clientèle .

Went through the drive thru, the person was very courteous and kind. I ordered a grande gingerbread latte with oat milk. Absolutely delicious and the drinks here are always made to perfection! This is my go to Starbucks before heading to do my groceries with a delicious coffee in hand!

By far the slowest Starbucks have after many attempts and even pre ordering nothing is ever ready even in a reasonable amount of time. The servers also make so many mistakes - avoid this one at all costs

New Yorker here. Montreal's Starbucks' no different than NY. Pretty much the same items on the menu. I put 1 less star because the service was adequate. I observed that they were short staffed and I didn't complain about the wait for our drinks. The staff were also friendly.

Good location, friendly staff. Great drink selection. The down side is that you can't go to drive thru unless you take a street behind and come back to front, for that alone I often go elsewhere.
