I've been to this Tim's twice now and both times my boxes of 50 timbits were filled with 30 timbits. That’s 20 timbits less! It’s huge!! Very disappointed 😕

Just went into the drive through service. Give these guys a raise! It’s so difficult to get good and polite service these days, these guys were a breath of fresh air! Service with a smile, politeness, no errors. Whoever was working during this shift deserves to be mentionned. Even the energy between themselves was refreshing. Congrats! Oh..I was so shocked that I forgot about the food, everything was at it should! I’m not going to any other Timmie’s for now on 🤣

When you burn toast, you don't serve it to customers.
You make it again and you have two happy customers!
Also, when ordering from the drive-thru, you ask for 2 “toast orders” and you receive 1!

Tims has been losing some points with me, they served a cold drink not telling us they had no ice until we made it to the window. We said we didn’t want it, and pursued to say they don’t do refund. We had to pick something else, I asked if it was the same price and she answered I don’t know. I asked for a straw and she called a supervisor. Go figure!

Very slow service but that can happen sometimes. What is unacceptable is that the lady who prepares the bagels, sandwiches etc. she prepared the food with her gloves and at the same time she answered the customers at the cash register and took the customers' money and returned to prepare her bagels with the same gloves that she had just been handling money. This is the basis in hygiene to know and understand the standards. Plus she seemed to be the manager. To do your follow-up service on Saturday June 22 at 8:30 a.m.

Be careful what you order because every time I order a bacon and sausage wrap and not an egg. The girl in the kitchen did not follow the instructions instead of reading. She just put the bacon potato and not the rest it happened at 7:40 am I don't want to order anymore. The worst, despite her many mistakes, she was rude

It would be nice to indicate the opening hours of the doors! I arrived this morning a little before 7:30 a.m., on the internet it said open but the doors were locked. Only the drive-thru was open. I had taken the trouble to check the opening hours before getting off the bus. I was hungry and angry.
