These are really nonsense, my bill comes to $7.25, I give her $8, she tells me that 25 cents are missing, I calculated correctly, she got $8, ma'am, wanted $1 worth of tips, I'll point out to you, customer choice tips these at 7 o'clock Sunday morning March 10th it's happened twice

My Father ordered take out of 3 coffees and a box of 6 doughnuts. Opened the coffee to see how full it was and noticed the cream inside was curdled ( ordered a double double). The coffee was not hot so it couldn’t have been a reaction and after stirring it, the floating cream was right back to the top. I called and had to leave a message as no one answers their phone. At this point, we aren’t returning, however clearly their sure shot machine either needs to be cleaned or changed. It was tossed and hopefully others don’t fall ill.

Phew!! Difficult for a few months... The drive-thru service is slow and it's difficult to make yourself understood. I asked for a “Reveil Ultim” coffee. I had to repeat it 3 times because she didn't know what it was.When I got to the window, I was served a kind of cold frappucino. I explain to him that I want a black coffee, but the "ultimate wake-up" version, where it is a black coffee with the "shot" of espresso.They come back to me with a cold coffee in a transparent glass with cream floating on top.They explain to me that in their guide inside there is no description of the "ultimate awakening"...?!? Finally I had a simple black coffee.The “Ultim” version has been in effect for months. The least you can do is know your menu!
