Restaurant Bravo St-Lazare Pizzeria

Ordered a pizza here for the first time in probably a couple of years as I don’t order out that much and it was absolutely phenomenal, keep up the good work

I went in with my 9 year old son a couple of days ago. We loved the pizza and the server was great! Only down side ; and this is on another table and not the restaurant staff at all; another table kept arguing and swearing loudly. Kinda killed the atmosphere and made my son uncomfortable. We will be back but if I see the same people that were arguing I may have to take it to go.

Food was super mid, very bland. Servers were very nice. Old guy/owner was so weird.. we were a group of 10 waiting for our order and he gave us attitude because we were waiting for our order…. (we arrived 30 minutes before closing).

No wonder the rating is 3.9 😂 Coming from a restaurant owner if your food is barely average make sure your service and attitude is better.

Terrible, says they close at 10pm on a SATURDAY, won’t table an order at 9:30pm. Because the owners deemed the in store restaurant NOT busy. I’m Sorry but unacceptable for mediocre pizza in the first place

Ordered a small cheese pizza for my daughter, my son is home recovering from surgery.

I added delivery directions which were absolutely not followed, then as I opened the wrong door (which we do not use), I was told “where’s my tip” not “sorry we are late” or “good evening” if he had of handed me my pizza POLITELY I would have happily adjusted my order to add the tip or handed him the cash I had in my pocket for him. 😉

Then, my pizza being cold and 15 minutes past the delivery time(I ordered on uber eats. Delivery said between 5:40-5:55, it arrived at 6:10, I get it there busy) I get a phone call explaining that if IM not going to tip, I am not to order from them anymore.

I’m sorry I paid 30$ for a cheese pizza with no sauce and then was treated very rudely. Why would I give a tip?

ordered food at 8:50 pm from Bravos on a Friday night. Got the e-mail confirmation for the order. An hour goes by so I decide to call since they close at 10 pm. I am told the delivery guy is on his way but he has a couple of stops to make. Food never shows up. Ordered many times before. This was the last. Poor service from two different people. Not good.

This place is outstanding, we have never had a bad meal from them.
Always order delivery and it’s always hot! (Tip well!!!!)
Amazing chicken club sandwich, toasted buttered bread. Best I have ever seen.
Chicken parm is consistently fantastically. Heaping amount of spaghetti and meat sauce too!
Pizza is ALWAYS great here.
Feels like a hidden gem, really great stuff.

Multiple times have had issues with their online ordering. 3x no show. It lets you order at 20:50 online and approves the order when they close at 9 and does not warn you that you wont get your food. It will let you order even when their online platform doesn't work on their end and then you have no warning that you will not get your delivery either until you call asking where the order is. Multiple occasions of this happening....

We order from Bravo about once a month and it's always very good. We always love the subs and gyronwithbgreek side salad. Today however, our order was exceptional. My husband ordered the ribs and they were unreal! They were fall off the bone delicious and the sauce was the perfect mix of sweet and tarte!

Deli style menu. Good food and great service.

Food is great however we did a pickup order and my spouse ended up waiting close to an hour because the printer in the kitchen didn’t print our order. You’d think we could have gotten a rebate or free item for the wait. Nothing .

I come here every once in a while and always have a good time. The food is amazing and even keeps when getting takeout or being microwaved the next day. All of the seats are comfortable and the overall atmosphere is chill, except when the hockey game is on.
