Amazing plaza restaurant. Very friendly bilingual service. Two visits revealed freshly cooked entrees. Souflaki and grilled chicken was moist and flavorful, definitely prepared to order, not off a warming tray. Well worth the weight. Serving sizes a very generous (I'm a big eater) and prices were fair. Only improvement...better selection of beer on tap (only had Heineken and Canadian at the time).

I was a regular customer for several years but when it came to the point that we had to pay $45 for a special extra large Bravo pizza in addition to $13 for a large classic poutine plus tax and tip we were left with an indecent bill of ...... $78... No drinks... For the same order nearby we get $52. I want to, but at some point we have to stop taking the world for idiots.So it's over for me.

I have been a customer for more than thirty years but for me behind times for several years this degrades I have given several chances but it will doWe only called at 11 a.m. to give a chance to organize the delivery for noon we are not at work and we only have half an hour to eat the person on the phone said no problem but he delivered all at 11.20 he would have called me telling me that there was an unforeseen event no nothing I would have had time to order another place I don't need to explain to you that I ate cold and a sub with fried cold it's not edible I nibbled all throw away the rest I'm the type to give tip even with dishes to bringI am terribly disappointed how he treats their customers these days, respect is disappearing, maybe he thinks that his normal bin today will be normal for othersI hope you will stay open long enough to correct your shortcomings, good luckFor me it never ends

Winter 2019.This is my first time going to this restaurant. I chose it because it was rated 4/5 stars on Google.The food in this restaurant is diverse and there is a lot of choice. However, the quality of the food is reminiscent of a 《fast-food》 style restaurant from the 1980s. As a pizzaria, I expected better quality food. It's a good restaurant if you want a restaurant between fast food and conventional restaurants. One of the restaurant's strong points are the fries and poutine sauce. One of the weak points is the smell inside the restaurant. I found that it smelled a bit musty, damp... a bit like the smell you find when you open an abandoned room. But the staff is great and they pay attention to customer requests even if it means starting the order again if it wasn't correct.Update: Winter 2023I returned to this restaurant because I remembered that the food was good. Indeed, it was delicious. However, the smell of the restaurant was disgusting. As soon as you enter the restaurant, it smells like an abandoned room. A poorly ventilated and dusty room with a slight musty smell. In addition, the restaurant was dirty. Above the windows there were traces of dead insects or dust or mold stuck to the wall. I don't know what it was exactly.

Overall excellent food, timely service, if a bit short staffed. Made an effort to decorate the restaurant in the Halloween spirit. Alcoholic beverages left a bit to be desired as they tasted somewhat watered down, the food on the other hand was a step above most similar styled eateries in the area. Highly recommend for its price range.Kid-friendliness: Halloween spirit was in full force. Benches were very accommodating for youngsters and they have raised chairs for infants.
