Dear Nathalie M.I really don't understand your comment. Every business has the right to make the changes it wants!!!! There was a terrible shortage of employees so the owner decided to create a new concept of lunch to share or eat alone because they make the tray for one person.Wishing the end of a restaurant is really mean. Giving your opinion behind a screen is, for me, unthinkably cowardly……I love this restaurant and I share it with all my friends, family and community!!

It used to be the best lunch and dinner restaurant in the entire area and I loved going there and taking my family. However, they no longer serve individual lunches, everyone must eat the same thing in a sort of collective meal, what I was told, no more eggs, no more Benedictines and what else? I haven't been able to figure out what might be on the lunch menu if there are no eggs.In fact, I called for more information after learning from a friend that they no longer serve lunch and after very politely asking the employee in summary what they served, she cavalierly sent me away on the Facebook menu, and when I insisted on having just a few details without having to go through the hassle of going online, only asking her for a few more seconds to inform me quickly, she asked me totally hung up the line on him! If I had been rude and rude I would have understood, but no, that's not my style. So, too bad, but it's over and I've spread the word around. With such an unpleasant, disrespectful and rude welcome, with a concept where, it seems, I have to eat the same thing as the person(s) accompanying me (and what can I say if I go alone, I will have to eat a plate for two or more...? Or are single people not allowed?), I don't think this restaurant will last long. I will patiently wait for it to close, hoping that someone else will one day take over a good lunch restaurant in Saint-Lazare, who is more respectful of its customers.I am very sad, Sandrine, that you have wasted such a beautiful little treasure with such contempt for customers.***********************************In response to your response, which is just as polite as that of your employee, it would be a good idea to convey the message to your employees to better explain the concept to customers who take the time to call instead of hanging up on them and can -also add explanations to your Facebook page. I was extremely insulted by such a welcome and no, I no longer wanted to speak to anyone at your house, including you. It's no good for you to insult me again here and a polite and understanding response would no doubt have prompted me to modify my opinion or even delete it. Contrary to what you seem to believe, I am very happy and fulfilled, but I expect a minimum of respect when I call a business to get explanations about such important changes.

This place is outstanding! The food is sinfully delicious. Beware if you are on a diet, you can kiss your waistline goodbye lol! Their French pastries are just to die for. Everything is great, large portions too - arghh! Love the Belgium waffles. Love it all. Beautiful setting, a lovely place to take your relatives or parent for Mother’s/ Father’s day. Worth the drive if you live out of town.
