Service is a hit or miss at this location, but whoever was at the drive thru window today (August 5th) was rude. I rolled up to the window, said hi, she gave me the gen z stare, didn't say hi, nor tell me the price of my bill, no thank you, no have a nice day, not a single word, did not even open her mouth. If you can't put a MINIMUM of effort into your job then there's other people who will gladly take your job!
I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or whatever the case was but regardless of the reason it's NOT an excuse to not acknowledge your customer at all! Do better.

Dont go to this tims if you finished work at 7:30 pm and got there at 7:50, and and just want a friggin bagel with cream cheese, and the friggin sandwich and bagel counter is closed for the night? Like how lazy do you have to be to close it over an hour before closing? .... you should be closing at 8:45 to give you time to clean and stuff, thats what i used to do when i worked in the food bizz.....

Passed by here to feed and change my son, and when I went to the family bathroom, I was kind of disappointed. A bathroom isn’t meant to be used as a storage unit. Neither a stroller or a wheelchair could fit in here or be able to use the regular bathroom because it is so tight.
Customer service was fine :-) please remove the clutter from the family/handicap bathroom

Definitely not one of the best Tim’s. no consistency. Ice caps are either beige or dark brown, bagel either oozes with cream cheese or you have barely any. Some staff very rude. Unfortunately it’s the closest to my place so stuck stopping if not going to Vaudreuil. Been going there for over a year and still employees act like they don’t know me… yet in Vaudreuil I go maybe once or twice a week & employees are friendly & recognize me.

Horrible service I was trying to put my coffee cup in my cup holder and telling to leave because she has a timer I just spent 25$ for food horrible attitude they should fire her!!! Happened November 15 at 10:15

Don't even know how they're still in business, owners should really start to look into it, been bad for years. They charge 6-7$ for a poorly done wrap with maybe 2-3 worth of food in it. Bagels always taste like a 2 days old one. If you are lucky they won't mess up your order
