This is the 3rd time I go there and the 3rd time my order is missing stuff No sugar in the coffee and no Chipotle sauce in my wrap and this time I ask nicely to make sure there some Chipotle in the wrap Not a drop in the wrap
The bathrooms are scary. Makes me rethink the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. Bought an ice cap and I’m afraid to try it.

We stopped in for a coffee and breakfast sandwich to go and used the restroom. These are THE most filthy bathrooms I’ve seen in a very long time in any public place, not to mention a restaurant. There were dead flies on an insect strip, urine on the floor and toilet (dried and stained), a broken trash can and towel dispenser. It was early in the day so this mess must have been there for some time. I shudder to think about the cleanliness in the remainder of the restaurant.

They rush you to place your order in the drive through to improve their stats. I was quite literally told to leave the drive through since I took a minute to think (there was also no one in line lmao). I understand wanting good stats but not when it impedes your customer service.
