Terrible experience. They ran out of their most popular soup, cream of chicken; only had enough for 2 people out of 3 at our table. All our meal items were cold; the fries, the sauces and cheese sticks. The chicken seemed to have been cooked for a while or was leftover chicken from the night before. The service was subpar. The restaurant was not busy if I may add..

A generally decent place. The new look makes the place look a lot more warm and modern. I do find that certain items feel overpriced for the quality/quantity, but the drinks and food taste nice.

I like to order a Bangkok salad with Crispy Chicken and most of the time it comes very small portions and all soggy does not look tasteful. Last time I ordered I had to wait an hour for my order to arrive and I asked to get another salad because it was very tiny. another hour past and no salad. I called them and they say that the delivery guy forgot to pick up my order.. that it was still at the restaurant.. I just ordered again we'll see what it looks like. Waiting for my delivery.

Waited at the entrance to be seated about 8ish minutes. Totally ignored despite getting the attention of the hostess (who clearly didn't want to be there, even if I get that 100%, it sucks to be at the receiving end of quiet quitting). Immediately told the waitress that we only had an hour for lunch, and she pointed the express items on the menu (that young would end up being the only redeeming value in this experience). Well, the kitchen staff managed to eff up the simplest order, and we left with take out boxes, as we had to run to be on time for the appointment across the street. 75 minutes of pure \u0026%$@#/\u003d×_[,%. Oh, and the atmosphere was non existent or cringe at best.

I wish they stopped giving people desecated mumified chicken, its like eating chicken jerky. Went there in person waited 20 plus minutes for takeout and got horribly dry hard chicken. I have also ordered in the past and its the same. I think its disrespectful.

Oct.22,2022 in the afternoon had. BAD experience with the food. Chicken were COLD & DRY (like chicken was cooked but just warm up when serving and 1 waitress was serving in the restaurant only. I asked her if she speaks English and she said yes, was Indeed glad. Bad she was rushing to otherClients in the other table when more questions were asked she gave me a funny look. As we are the Chinese couple and not from Ste.Agathe she served as like as if we are stupid but noticed other tables with the French clients she served them with patience and explained the MENU in detailed. When he explained I keep in thanking her!! Discrimination to us. SHAME ON ST. HUBERT RESTAURANT, IN STE. AGATHE!!! NEVERTHELESS we did tip her well!! I had friends experiencing this too before, but I did not believe that!!! Now I really believe it. Bad experience.Will never DINE again in this restaurant.

I always order take out on their website. Amazing quality. They always follow directions perfectly. Yummy food, ribs fall of the bone, always comes hot and fresh. Definitely a place I order over and over!

I pre-order in advance to have it delivered by a certain time but after 30 min late still no delivery . I called the restaurant to see if my order had left the restaurant at least and they told me it was the next to leave. I told them I would just go pick it up instead as it was 30 min late and their response was “since you ordered online you have to cancel your current order and re-order something for take-out”. Absolutely ridiculous!

Service decevant pour un dinner quand ont ai pe juste 8 table dans le restaurant et que fais 10 min quont a fini la serveuse passe a multiples reprises devant nous et ignore 3 fois mon garcon car il aimerais sont dessert

Their shrimp special is a joke, to paraphrase Zoolander it was a meal for ants. The picture on the website did not in any way represent the miserable little portion that was provided.(Plus there was a hair in the meal's packaging). Edit.....I'm happy to say that St Hubert reached out and refunded the price of the meal. I should also have added that the chicken and ribs that I ordered were delicious as usual (free business advice - stick to what you're good at)
