If you want to wait for 45 minutes for a grilled cheese, that’s the place to go. A bunch of kids that are trying to fulfil orders. This place is disorganized, inefficient and extremely long to wait! Will never come here again

The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. 30-40 minute drive through wait and only 4 cars in line. Such a waste of time. Go to McDonald’s up the road instead it’s faster

10am Sunday 20 July. Only teenagers seemed to be working. No supervision / organization. Simple order of 3 English muffin sandwiches took almost 30 minutes. Some orders were being made twice. Adjacent to the picnic table is an open dumpster. In which a raccoon slept! Dangerous and unacceptable. Doesn't deserve to be in business.

Nous sommes allé au tour de 11:30 am il y avait une quinzaines d’employer qui se parlais et riais mais personne au comptoir pour prendre les commandes quelques minutes passe quand ils réalisent que nous sommes là on prends notre commande et soudain plus personne à la préparations des commandes ???? Tous en pause dernière visite à cet endroit merci .

$160 for a large format of coffee. The Thermos was in such bad shape that it exploded in my car. My order, placed online and confirmed the day before with the manager on the phone, was not ready when I arrived. .I requested compensation: for the damage in my car, my waste of time and the coffee served COLD to my customers because the Thermos was not airtight and the heat came out. the manager not capable of making a decision, the supervisor neither and the owner had to call me and I have been waiting for weeks for a call!! Very disappointing especially at the price of the Thermos…..::I am told to fill out a form!!!!!! What crappy service coming from a major franchisee...not even able to call back a customer, who like HIM is a local business person. Hat

Excessive waiting times at the drive-thru, very often errors in the order or never anything in stock. Probably one of the worst Tims in Quebec. If you want something quick I recommend going elsewhere.

For some time these restaurants have been quite dirty, waste lying around, dirty floors, etc. Maintenance is neglected. The photo is from Ste-Agathe this Monday 28-10.

Went to the drive through yesterday at 230pm and ordered 2 coffees, 2 crispy chicken wraps and some potato wedges. When we got to the window we were told they had no more crispy chicken, and it would be a 20 min wait. They offered to give us grilled chicken instead which was already available, and we said no problem because we were kind of in a rush. They asked us to pull over to the side to wait for the sandwiches and an employee walked out shortly after and gave us one single breakfast sandwich that we didn’t order. We reminded him of our offer and he went back inside. We still waited 20 mins and nothing came out after.

We went back inside to ask for a refund because we really had to leave, and it seems they forgot about us. The employee who served us gave us attitude and seemed very flustered. He then proceeded to yell at the lady making the sandwiches to hurry up, waving his hands in the air and started helping her aggressively. He then gave us our wraps 10 mins later which is not what we ordered at all. It was half the size and missing all kinds of ingredients, and had the wrong sauce. We didn’t bother complaining or waiting for the refund, we just took it and left because it probably would have been a long wait for the refund as well and we were running late. At this point, we had been waiting 40 mins. Other people inside were also complaining about the extended wait for their food & were getting frustrated.

I’ve never been to such an awful Tim Hortons in my life. No one seems to know what they’re doing and they just don’t train the employees properly at all before putting them on the floor. Will never go back here.

I ordered online and the employee name Rosie said they don’t have coffee. The store acceptes order till 9 pm and they said we closed at 8 pm. Some day they close early some days late. I am very frustrated. When you ask the employee why they don’t serve they give excuse and say there boss told not to serve. So stupid and disrespectful. And coffee is sometimes good sometimes bad
