Terrible service they don't let you add dressings to your subway it has to be exactly as it is on their board you can remove more don't even add chipotle dressing they also want to limit the salt and pepper terrible nothing cheap not even chipotle dressing want to buy the extra of the dressing

I can't believe they have people with such bad customer service, the lady with a terrible attitude asking what else to add to my sandwich while with a bad face ordering the young man who was initially serving us with a very good attitude, it wasn't until they started with preparing my sandwiches that Miss M started with her bad attitude. Adding to this, I ordered my sandwich while I was waiting for the order that I had waiting for (I wanted to add while I was already in the branch) because at the time they charged me, they did not have the order ready (I already had more than 15 minutes in the establishment) loss of time, and bad attitude. I won't go back to this branch, I wouldn't recommend it either, you're going to have a bad taste in your mouth if this lady serves you, unless you grab her right (super professional). Subway, how do they only have 3 pieces of güerito chili when you order on your sandwich? Because that's what they told me when they only put 3 pieces in it and I asked for more! That was the portion! I can't believe it!

To the lady who wanted to go overboard with my mom, here is a photo so you can see that when you order a signature subway through Uber Eats, it is not necessary to specify all the ingredients unless you want to personalize it. Their employees perform their roles as if they worked in a gourmet kitchen. My mom ordered a subway of adobo ribs with an original recipe, something that she has had no problem with in any other subway but here apparently they don't know the recipe or they like to confuse and make customers fight. The worst subway in tj!!!!

Today I had a terrible experience in this branch around 12:00pm, from the moment they were preparing my subway the ladies were very reluctantly doing it, both the person who was in protein and the person in vegetables, At the time of paying I only had one bill and the cashier boy got upset because he didn't have change, he made faces and went to the back to get it, the girls noticed that he was upset that they even started talking to each other, when they gave me I said my change in a friendly way, thank you and no one answered me until I repeated it again and they answered me. Really terrible customer service, I won't go again.
