I'm not in the habit of posting this kind of review with the aim of damaging the reputation of a business... However, I must say that I am very disappointed with this bakery. With my partner, we went to buy pastries (a pain au chocolat and a pain aux raisins). The latter were dry, without flavors or flakiness, as if they were not fresh today but rather from the day before. I personally returned quite embarrassed, in order to tell the young saleswoman. This person was rude, without taking my comments into consideration, as if I was the problem. She told me that "Pascal" made them last night, which, according to my partner and I, is impossible given the dryness of the products (see photos). We even wondered if they were not industrial... We understand that these kinds of remarks are unpleasant for the craftsman. However, we deplore the lack of professionalism of this seller given that no commercial gesture was made.

Disappointed, the croissant was not fresh

Hello, we ordered chocolatines and croissants for around twenty people this weekend, 3 days in advance (so that they can prepare them). Unfortunately, about half of the order was of significantly lower quality (no puff pastry, see photo) as you would find at some grocery stores vs a real bakery. If it wasn't possible to make everything bakery quality, we would have liked to know in advance and decide. It gives the feeling of having gone through it a bit quickly.

Hoping this is an exception and not the standard

The pastries purchased were not fresh daily, dry and hard Danish.

If you don't know this bakery, I strongly recommend that you go take a look. You will be surprised to see the choice of breads and pastries that are so delicious. The crabapples, the chocolatines, the croissants, etc., everything is excellent.

Decent foccacia, although a little bland, but the reception is deplorable. The young woman looked as stupid as possible, barely answered our questions about the products, and even then we had to insist. We felt like we were bothering him and really couldn't wait to get out. Sad experience.

Bread was good but the staff was pretty rude. I could see the different service between locals and tourists.Doesn't make me want to go back.

We came at 6 pm and it was still open... Nothing left, but the gentleman inside had offered us an apple pie, and it was delicious.
