the visit to Tadoussac in this bistro will leave you, like us, with an excellent memory. Thank you to the new team for having treated us with great kindness. A visit is essential during our next vacation in Canada but a little far from our southwest

I would like to post a comment without having been able to eat in this establishment which seems to be of good quality. Unable to find a telephone number or a reservation site, we stopped by yesterday morning to reserve a table for the three of us in the evening. An employee told us that it was not necessary to reserve, that we could come in the evening and that there would be room. When we arrive in the evening, customers are lining up outside in the cold and a waitress we question tells us that the restaurant is full! We left looking for another establishment.

Very warm welcome in this small restaurant in Tadoussac, a little less of a tourist trap than the other restaurants in the area, even if the customers are ultimately the same. Good food, very good service. The back room is not very fun in terms of atmosphere and decor, it is better to favor the main room in front... if there is room! Overall a good experience.

The best lobster tails ever tasted. The cooking was perfect, the product quality. The warm and pleasant service. A very good address in Tadoussac. I recommend without hesitation.Vegetarian options: Burrata with aromatic-infused baguette.

After having a cocktail, a dish to share, a starter, a main course and a dessert, they came out with a hole in their wallet and the desire to find another restaurant. Let me explain, the plates are tiny and the dessert, although very good, is sold for $10 for 2 maple puffs while you can find a box of 4 at the supermarket next door for $7, which is shameful. Despite my stomach which is still gurgling, I would still like to point out that the dishes were good but the service was slow and perilous.

I believe 5 stars should be reserved for truly outstanding experiences and this restaurant is worthy of 5 stars. I think the atmosphere is what is most lacking but who cares about that when the food and service are top notch?!We started with the salmon tartar and scallop ceviche…both were amazing. We then each had a lobster roll. It was full of citrus and pepper…perfectly shredded lobster meat. No chunks of lobster. I’m fine with that but if you’re hoping for big chunks of lobster…that’s not what you are getting here. The flavor and texture was perfect in my opinion. The star of the show was dessert however. We shared the maple cream puff and it was easily in my top 3 all time favorite desserts of all time(I’ve eaten meals in several Michelin star restaurants all over the world…I’m telling you…this was far better!!)If you find yourself in this part of the world…do yourself a favor and grab a bite here!

My husband and I had lunch here. We both had the lobster roll, even the bun was good, not your average white bread. And the salad was soooo good even my husband (not a veggie guy) raved about it. We would both happily eat here again.

It's good, we can't deny it, the dishes are good. But the price is frankly not cheap. But the highlight of the show which really disappointed us was the dessert... the maple profiteroles... it's good yes but we found the same ones sold in packs of 4 at the local supermarket 100 meters from the restaurant ... what a disappointment... For the prices we can hope for a little better
