Waited 20mins inside in line and it didn't move. We ended up going thru the drive thru, it took 3-4 mins to start the order, took 5 mins for them to take our order, and guess what, we've been waiting 20mins at the drive thru waiting area for our food.... What are the chances they actually get our order right?

I understand that we came during rush hour and that things can get stressful — I don’t expect perfection. But out of the 8 items we ordered, only 3 were correct. We received things we didn’t order, and several items we did pay for were missing entirely. I ended up paying more than what I actually got. It’s frustrating because it’s not a complex task — it’s a list of items. All I expect is to receive what I paid for, nothing more, nothing less.

Waited 50 min for a mcmuffin and french fries. Still waiting while making this review. Every body here waited at least 20 min. I talked to a guy who waited 20 min for 3 cofees and he had to come back 3 times to get his order right.

The service was okay they didn’t speak English and when they gave me my drink they didn’t tell me it was ready and when I asked if the drink was mine they said no. And later on it was mine. The atmosphere isn’t very like “I wanna do dine in” and the food was bad there wasn’t enough sauce on the burger and my iced Capp wasn’t flavoured properly. 2/5

Very honest staff, especially Mr. Brian. I forgot my purse and the honest customer returned to the McDonald's staff. They looked up my phone number and called me. Afterwards, they returned me safely with all my belongings. Thank you very much for the honesty, honest staff and customer.
