Ordered 4 sandwiches online from this Subway location — none of them were grilled despite selecting that option. Several veggies I had added through the online menu were missing. When I asked the employee, he casually said the owner has instructed them not to use the grill machine. Extremely poor customer service — no apology or attempt to resolve the issue.
