Great breakfast.
Absolute rubbish. I was there the first fonth and like all a&w it was amazing until all the staff left and it was controlled by the workers. Expect nothing but mediocrity here. I would fire the manager immediately and keep the employees
So dirty, toilets overflowing, waste littering the kitchen floor, employees dressed in civilian clothes in jogging pants and without hairnets. First and last time I eat there.

The basis of customer service is that the customer receives what they ordered. My girlfriend went to the drive-thru and they forgot to put the onion ring. At $6 for a puck you expect it to be in the bag

I ordered a sandwich without tomatoes because I'm allergic and then when I got home it had tomatoes. I went back the next day to see the Manager Alisha to inform her that I was unable to eat the meal due to this. I showed my proof of purchases and even my bank account. The latter literally refused: I also have the right to a comment like "I watch what I eat before." I informed me that it was unacceptable and that I was going to make a complaint: she told me replied “I don’t care because I’ve been here for 15 and I’m used to it, they’re not going to do anything.”
I can't believe that your establishment is managed by this kind of arrogant person who doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I would no longer go to your branch and make any positive referrals. I am outraged!
Even her employer was embarrassed by the response and attitude.. she needs a look of sympathy.

When we arrived, a couple left very unhappy (public coronation), because of the delay in the service. In fact, it took them 14 minutes to make me a single Mozza Burger and there was almost no one there.
The employee at the cash register did nothing even though there were about 4-5 people in line. In addition, the employees all have Bluetooth headphones in their ears, including the cashier with her driving service headset and on the other side her airpod.

unpleasant experience
the clerk was not able to refund me because my coupon had not been applied correctly... saying ''scuse I didn't notice the coupon didn't work, I can give you the coupon but can't refund you''..... in addition to making mistakes on the order (overcooked fries, forgetting to remove the mustard and onions as requested)
the clerks work with earrings in the kitchen, air pods in their ears while taking orders and were not at all professional
big lack of organization, they would need a good manager to coordinate them.
they persisted among themselves while the customers waited, etc....

40 minute wait. 2 poor employees on site on the day of the free meal for children promotion. The young men are trying their best but I have a question, where is the manager? Shitty service, much against the will of the 2 young men. Direction: there is some lack of presence on your part.

just ordered an uncle burger combo with a poutine. The wait time was fast – exactly 5 minutes. The fries were hot, but the burger was undercooked, even though there was no delay. Keep in mind this was 30 minutes before closing. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, late-night cheat meal – just make sure to let them know to cook your food. Total with coupons less then 20$

I think we had a bad day, the coke and sprite drinks no longer had bubbles, and the wrap was tiny, an order made on the application of a product which is obviously no longer marketed.
I will try my luck in another restaurant.
