Came in on a random Thursday night, as i found myself in the area. My steak was perfect and my server in the bat area Valerie was phenomenal. Kind, professional, always made sure i had everything i needed. Hats off to the team

It was my first time and I expected better for the Ribs.. quite disappointed to be honest.

Received my drink 15 minutes after the other people at my table, all melted ice. Took the seafood pasta, it was good but the shrimps were way overcooked, they were very hard.

The food was really mediocre, the potato hot and the ribs frozen! The restaurant was frigid and I was always hot. The menu is no longer like before, fewer choices… smaller portions. Hot Cinnamon Apples are gone. Very disappointing.

How to turn an awkward situation into WOW effect

I booked with my wife for 6:00 p.m. Friday November 1, 2024. Our meals took a long time to receive. There was a crowd in the restaurant. Our waitress Marianne came to inform us and apologize three times for the unusual delay. When our dishes were ready, they were served by the manager (I think) and he apologized and mentioned that he took the blame, that the waitress had nothing to do with it. Also another lady serving on the floor (maybe the manager/owner) also came to apologize. In the end, the waitress offered us a desert free of charge but we weren't really hungry anymore. We were asked to take the leftovers home.
When Marianne came back with the dishes for the house, she had added not one but two desserts…

Well, the service was long, that happens but the way the staff handled it…. We were impressed
No need to tell you that we are very happy and will definitely return to Bâton Rouge de Lachenaie

It's been a long time since I've been and I recommend it!! We enjoyed "Drinks" worthy of a 5 star restaurant and above, they were delicious, well filled and actually had alcohol in them! ??
As for the food, everything was very good and delicious!!!
I 100% recommend the salmon tartare as a starter!! It's the best I've tasted!
Exceptional service too!!
We will definitely go back!??
