We've been to this restaurant tree or four times during the last 6 months. Today was the last time, we won't be coming back.
When you get to the restaurant, no one greets you and it takes several minutes before anyone talks to you and takes you to a table.
Our waitress struggled to get a very simple order. Everyone ordered the same, three classic plates with over easy eggs and bacon. Just one plate with sausages. They served two with bacon and two with sausages. One plate had an extra sausage and when we asked for a change, she removed the plate with the extra sausage. It's insignificant, but she seemed to be upset about us asking for our correct order.
We'll go somewhere else and spend a bit more. This restaurant is a bit cheaper than others around, but it isn't worth it.

Closed at 2pm instead of 3pm like google says . Really disappointed im never going there again

Very bad service it was as if i bothered the waitress, never offered water nor sirop d’érable i was so disappointed cause i was in an amazing mood she was only acknowledging ppl she new never again ! Was a Thursday morning

A good breakfast in the morning always feels good! The prices are comparable to other lunch restaurants, the food is good and arrives hot! Try their breakfast poutines if you have the chance! They are really delicious!!

We waited at least 20 minutes without anyone coming to the table to offer us a coffee and take our order. Additionally, the restaurant was empty. After this wait we decided to leave to go to the A&W across the street. Very disappointing service.

lack of staff, 2 waitresses for 30 tables? For bus girls, does it take more than 15 minutes or more to clean and prepare a table?

Positive point: Good food, excellent service Negative point: ventilation system, air conditioning on the ceiling in need of a good cleaning and a good lick of paint wouldn't hurt.

It was delicious, best chocolate banana crepe I have ever eaten in my life, impeccable service, the waiters were funny, attentive and friendly, they even offered me an incredible free dessert. I recommend this place if you want to have a quick lunch with a 10 minute wait and a pleasant atmosphere. I LOVE IT ???

They are understaffed,
Only 2 waitresses for over 20 tables, and the other 2 people who clean and prepare the tables do it very slowly, they are tired or lack a lot of training.

Good food but the portions are quite small. No syrup offered, you have to ask. Ordinary service, no water refilling and we waited 10 minutes with our bills before being told we had to pay in advance. Over it’s a good lunch but don’t be in a hurry
