The atmosphere is average, but I think it is because there wasn't that many people to begin with. The service is absolutely the best. Our server was very kind and attentive. The food was nice, but I didn't choose the right meal for me. It is good.

Before I would have given it a 5 star! I'm a regular, it's been a while since I've been there! I learned that the owner (an angel) has sold! Before the service was impeccable and fast!
Now.... my meal was, so to speak... Garocher on the plate! (I didn't think of the photo otherwise I would have put it) Egg garocher on the potatoes the yolk cooked when I asked turned, the crepe garocher on the potatoes and bacon in small pieces and the sausages did not have looks completely cooked, etc... a GAROCHER dish!!!
The waitress was super friendly but not very helpful... the coffee refill had to be chased after! However, the restaurant was not that full!
The employees seemed to be under pressure unlike the old team who smiled and had no pressure.. which shows in a dish and service!!!!
There were 3 of us! There we are in the evening! The 3 of us didn't feel that good and couldn't eat again all day... a lump in the stomach, etc... I imagine the food wasn't that fresh!
We were regulars.. Now we're going to go to another Ben & Florentine.. We don't want to relive that experience!

Honestly ! wow!!! Unfortunately, I didn't take note of the name of the fantastic lady who served us this Saturday morning, June 15, but wow! We were a group of 10 with so-called "different" people. If only the people were as beautiful and caring as her! Calm while listening to the small group! I am so amazed! Your staff also attracts the best customers! Everything was perfect! Since May 2023, I have regularly eaten my traditional waffle. ? It is always hot and garnished with fruit. If I have the same thing again it's because I like what I'm served.Even if sometimes I arrived close to closing time, I was still received and served with a smile and without pressure other than my own so as not to delay.Recently, I had the pleasure of seeing my plate arrive with a smiling man made from fruit. When someone takes the time to prepare a special plate for me, I am always delighted. I even took a photo of the plate and thanked the cook who had taken the time to make this beautiful man for me.To reassure readers, I was almost alone in the dining room at the time.I like the atmosphere of the restaurant, a clean and warm place. Maude, one of the owners, is present on the floor and is involved at all levels. His mother, who is also the owner, is one of the cooks. ??The team works together with harmony and cheerfulness. Nothing is more pleasant than seeing a team that helps each other and has fun working together.I took my mother to eat at this place and she loved the food, their specialty coffee and the service. We forget the dozens of other customers who are present.If it turns out that things are bothering you then just talk to the right person, courteously. ?If we don't say anything to the person or owner of the restaurant then it's a safe bet that nothing will change.Their goal is to improve so that their customers come back regularly. Posting your opinion on Google may not immediately be the best thing to do.Speak courteously to people, compliment them on their service, be understanding and you will see a broad smile and starry eyes appear on their face. ?Be recognized as a hostess, waitress, cook, dishwasher... everyone has an important role to play in the smooth running of the restaurant. Let's not forget that without dishes we cannot serve coffee or food. ?We can give the restaurant a chance, whatever it may be.
