Restaurant is great. Only bad comments I have is their led panel outside which is way too bright. Honestly I would at least turn it off when the restaurant is closed and lower brightness the rest of the time. I can’t conceive the city gave them the authorization for such visual pollution.

My order is paid and I have indeed received confirmation of the date and time via text and email. How to receive a refund?

I've faced four similar errors in the last three months, which speaks to a deep lack of coordination, apparently at the kitchen level.
This lack of seriousness in tracking and managing orders is all the more disappointing given that, until recently, your service was exemplary. Today I observe a marked deterioration which affects the overall quality of the customer experience.
I would like to write to you not only to express my disappointment but also to suggest improvements in your order management. Without concrete changes, I unfortunately see no point in continuing to frequent your establishments, despite the years of loyalty that bind me to your brand.
