Boulangerie Première Moisson

A few months ago (8-12 months perhaps), I went to Première Moisson (Terrebonne) for some purchases.
There were quite a few people there but everyone followed and waited to be served.
It's my turn and the girl asks me for my number. “I’m sorry, but what number?”
They had installed a number editing machine for better tracking (or changing places).
However, I haven't seen the machine, I'm not the only one, but since everyone is there with civility, it doesn't pose a problem for other customers.

Except, the young girl simply spoke badly to me and told me to get back in line without any compassion or professionalism.
I had several items in my hands but it didn't do anything, then she left to do something else without any disruption from the service.

I find it really unfortunate that, even when stressed, you don't take the time to provide good service and subsequently, the loss of a regular customer.
For her, it doesn't change anything, but for the business itself, it's not the same.

The goal of this message is that this does not happen again.

The quality of pastries is declining. Pastries from bakers and not pastry chefs. All chocolate pastries taste the same, they are ordinary. However, they are nicely presented.
The breads are very good as are their pastries.
Beautiful varieties of ancillary products (cold meats, cheeses, etc.). The meal combos are good.
Prices are reasonable.

Good 5-fruit tart, baguette bread, chicken pâté, chocolatine and Danish. Small constructive point mentioned, the chocolatine lacks chocolate which is a shame because before he had more. The service was quick and I found what I wanted.
