I know the place from their premises on La Pinière, I love their sandwiches, the cakes are excellent and what can I say about the cold pizza (the best in town). I don't know if the location in old Terrebonne has created the snobbery that sometimes makes us feel or it's simply the attitude of one or two employees, but sometimes it seems like we're bothering them. It's a shame because I love this place.

I had a cake made. I asked for 10 people and she told me the price would be $38. Arriving there the cake is much too big and tells me that it's $62 it's just exaggerated for a cake and they didn't listen to what I wanted I'm extremely disappointed

Their croissants and chocolatines are good but the customer service really leaves something to be desired, it's a shame to see the two ladies who work there serving you as if they were bored with life and without emotion while you come with a cheerful attitude and happy to see them… in short, a shame

The first time I was there, the danishes were exceptional, really good, this morning October 4, 2023, she sold me danishes that were not fresh, hard, I threw them away...very sad to have it like that. What does it mean to lose customers to save $2-$3?
