Additionally, the response to speaking as immigrants in a derogatory manner is clearly inappropriate and discriminatory.
- **Complaint management:** The management of your complaint was clumsy. A good owner or manager would have at least listened and considered your point of view, if not apologize for the inconvenience caused. Defensiveness and hostile behavior are not signs of an establishment that values customer satisfaction.
- **Conclusion:** Given this experience, it would be difficult to recommend this restaurant to others. The lack of respect for customers and the lack of desire to improve the customer experience are very negative points. Personally, I would not return to this establishment after such an experience.
