Stopped here due to the 2 for 1 gimmick. This is by far the worst poutine I have ever had. The Frozen french fries were clearly recooked as they were all over crisped dried and burnt. The cheese ‘curds’ are cubes and tasted old. The smoked meat also tasted OLD. Normally I bring my left overs home to my kids and dogs but I wouldn’t even eat more than a few bites for fear of food poisoning. 30$ in the garbage I understand fully why they need a gimmick at this point.

The soft chocolate cream was not good of all that tasted sour when I told that to the saleswoman she told me no and she told me the lactancia cream still tastes like metal she didn't even want to refund and m ' said sorry well damn if it tastes like metal stop selling it to people and report the problem to the supplier never again I would set foot there the cream was out of date

I used to love this creamery... since the change of ownership I have never been satisfied. The young man who works there is sorry but I think customer service is not for him. Firstly I ordered an avalanche with the Kat kit and I received an avalanche with the caramilk, which is not a problem because to err is human! But when I went to tell him, he was stubborn, saying that he wasn't cheating. I had to show him the piece of Caramilk chocolate so that he would understand that he was wrong. Then I decided to give this creamery a second chance and I received this (photo below) I should point out that I didn't take a bite and that I had just received it...paying $7 for an ultra smart and receive this...it looks like someone pre-chewed my ice cream. again the same boy replied “well the fruit wasn’t too frozen so that’s what it looks like” I can’t believe who served us that!

I've been going there for a long time, but the experience I had with this establishment this summer is far from positive, orders missed, orders forgotten even after repeating three times. Milkshake with lumps?? And not even close to being cold, plus an orange creamsicle dipping cone (not edible) that cost me an extra $2.50!? In short, a creamery that leaves something to be desired. Not all that magical!
