The soft chocolate cream was not good of all that tasted sour when I told that to the saleswoman she told me no and she told me the lactancia cream still tastes like metal she didn't even want to refund and m ' said sorry well damn if it tastes like metal stop selling it to people and report the problem to the supplier never again I would set foot there the cream was out of date

I used to love this creamery... since the change of ownership I have never been satisfied. The young man who works there is sorry but I think customer service is not for him. Firstly I ordered an avalanche with the Kat kit and I received an avalanche with the caramilk, which is not a problem because to err is human! But when I went to tell him, he was stubborn, saying that he wasn't cheating. I had to show him the piece of Caramilk chocolate so that he would understand that he was wrong. Then I decided to give this creamery a second chance and I received this (photo below) I should point out that I didn't take a bite and that I had just received it...paying $7 for an ultra smart and receive this...it looks like someone pre-chewed my ice cream. again the same boy replied “well the fruit wasn’t too frozen so that’s what it looks like” I can’t believe who served us that!

I've been going there for a long time, but the experience I had with this establishment this summer is far from positive, orders missed, orders forgotten even after repeating three times. Milkshake with lumps?? And not even close to being cold, plus an orange creamsicle dipping cone (not edible) that cost me an extra $2.50!? In short, a creamery that leaves something to be desired. Not all that magical!

Impeccable service, the employees and the owner are warm and welcoming, the snack side and the creamery are both excellent, the burgers are full of flavor and what can we say about the ice cream, from the first bite you can see straight away that it’s quality. In addition, the prices are very affordable compared to other creameries. In my opinion, this is the perfect place to get together as a family around a good cone.

Went to eat at 3am so there were only 2 of us, my friend and I, and no smile, he didn't say anything, not even hello...he totally ignored us!!! Waited and waited at the counter then he never asked for our order...pffff really not recommended...ice cream side it's okay

Quite disappointed eating my cold hotdog because it was made even before my poutine was ready we had ordered 4 meals all received 1 at a time at 15 min intervals yet they were not in a rush the fries with the trio the bag is full half
