Frankly disappointed today. I went shopping with my partner, like every week. The head cashier refused to let me go to another register with 2 cases of Pepsi since my partner had reached the limit of 5 Pepsis. She told me to go somewhere else if I wasn't happy. This is what I did and this is what I will do in the future. I find this very ordinary. I've been a customer since the beginning and I buy a lot... If I had had a basket full of Pepsi I would have understood but here, I had an order for more than $250. Too bad ☹️
Very good service and lots of choice
Zero pastry! Really zero! They don't produce the requests at all!!
Order a cake in advance so that in the end I have a simple white cream cake with a square print on it! Clearly a job that I could have done myself had I known! I will order in advance to give them time to produce something creative.
I mentioned wanting it like in their catalog! If you can't, don't give customers the option.
Furthermore, when I collected my order, the pastry chef saw my disappointment and told me I trusted the napkin that you showed me!
Quelleeeee napkin??? I showed up with no item and I mentioned that I wanted it as in the catalog... so in addition they seem to have given me someone else's order...

This stands out from other IGAs. special dishes, wow service, fruit and vegetable sections better than other places

I love this grocery store! The staff is helpful and courteous. Clean and well appointed. Fresh and quality products. Always very well served. A special thank you to the catering team (ready to eat) for their flexibility and kindness towards their customers. THANKS!

A Rachel-Berry IGA. Clear aisle, nice selection of products. The employees are courteous. Beautiful large parking lot with two electric car charging stations. Nothing to do with the IGA of La Plaine which nevertheless belongs to the same family.
Very beautiful, great variety and quality of products, a classy supermarket!
