I am really disappointed with the food I received. The macaroni didn't taste good and it wasn't fresh. The griot was overcooked and the turkey lacked flavor.

I have been a customer for at least 3 years. The food is good, although I had certain batches of griot that were a little too dry, but with good communication, they know how to meet your needs. I have always been satisfied and well served.

Marché Antillais Tet Ansam has been my go to restaurant/ bodega -corner store for delicious Haitian food in Terrebonne. For me a typical order is the large pork griot w plantain, pickliz Mac salad and riz colle. They do lalo on the weekends. Also available is allyour supplies, spices, rice seasonings andspecialty foods to cook up creole food at home. Prices are reasonable portions generous and food is downright delicious.

The plans are super good and the service very fast during the week!!!! But I called on a Saturday to prepare an order....They hung up the line on me and they didn't want to answer! It's been about 2 weeks! I found that really unfortunate!

Order turkey dish. NO SAUCE NO DRINK ITEM MISSING I call them the attendant on the phone is arrogant and rude big 0.
Bland and cold. I like my food hot and don’t want to put it in a microwave. I hated having the macaroni salad in the same container as the food, plus plantain wasn’t crispy. Honestly , I can cook better Haitian food and I’m not Haitian. Sauce was consistency of water and flavourless.

No green salad with meal. Seasoned well and rice was good but the griot is wayyy too dry and hard to swallow and sauce wayyy too thin. Sauce should hug the meat.Hope you make these improvements ( thicker sauce and moister griot , maybe choose better cuts and adjust cooking time). Hopefully will be better next time.
